Refund Policy

For Safari with Suyash real-time tours, 50% is non refundable after the payment. The remaining amount can be refunded upto 45 days prior to the tour start date. The refund can only be processed after an email has been sent to us by the customer. The number of days is calculated based on the day we receive the written communication. It can take between 7 and 10 business days to process your refund.
